1. Service Reservation and Voucher
At the time of booking, Transfer-Excursion will send the details and data relating to the booking, by e-mail or fax. This confirmation document is your voucher that must be kept and presented to the drivers who will perform the service. The voucher also includes the eventual reservation for the return; it is important to keep it for as long as necessary.
Each reservation is subject to the customer’s acceptance of these terms and conditions. They are available on our website www.transfer-excursion.com upon request can be sent by e-mail or fax.
The transaction is to be considered concluded after the agreed payment.
2. Booking rules
The destinations and addresses on your voucher are intended to be the places where you wish to be accompanied and/or picked up. If you wish to change these or other details of the service, you can request it well in advance and in any case no later than 3 hours before the start of the service.
We inform you, as of now, that such requests may involve changes in price and modification of the type of car, contrary to what was agreed in the original reservation.
In any case we inform you that the request of the specific car can not always be answered, we will ensure a capacity of transport and a quality of the vehicle at least equal to that agreed.
The response to the reservation will be made by e-mail within 12 hours.
3. Delayed notifications
In the event of a cancelled flight or a delay of more than 30 minutes, the customer is obliged to notify our staff at departure in one of the following ways in order to be able to manage the service optimally.

Failure to send a notice of delay or cancelled flight, excludes the right of the service, in fact our drivers after 60 minutes of waiting after landing the scheduled flight and without your news, will abound the position. If the notice is given within the time limit, the cost of waiting is €10/hour.
4. Cancellation of the reservation
The customer can cancel the reservation of the requested service by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
The reservation will be considered cancelled when Transfer-Excursion will receive written notice to one of the above mentioned addresses.
Cancellations can be made, without incurring any charge, up to 3 days before the agreed service.
Each passenger may carry up to a maximum of 2 suitcases; any excess luggage such as skis, snowboards and bulky equipment must be declared at the time of booking. It is at the discretion of the drivers and may result in a higher cost to load on the car bulky objects not declared or excess suitcases or that do not present the conditions of transport safely. (broken, dirty, wet suitcases, etc.).
Transfer-Excursion reserves the right (through its drivers and reporting any abuse to public security bodies) to refuse transport to persons who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs or that pose a danger to the driver of the car and other passengers. Passengers are not allowed to drink alcohol and/or smoke in the vehicles used for the transport service.
7. Limits of liability
The transport of passengers is fully covered by the insurance that Transfer-Excursion has stipulated for its vehicles with third parties. The objects carried by passengers, however, are entirely under their responsibility. Liability for lost or damage to items or luggage carried will not be charged in any way to Transfer-Excursion We invite customers to check at departure the correspondence of their luggage.
Transfer-Excursion undertakes in every reasonable way to bring its customers to the appointments of withdrawal and arrival at destination as per booking made. It is specified right now that Transfer-Excursion can not be held responsible for any delays due to causes beyond its control, such as but not limited to:
- vehicle accidents
- exceptional and severe climatic conditions
- checks by the police authorities
- acts of vandalism or terrorism
- traffic blocks
- demonstrations and strikes
- delays caused by other passengers
- bookings made with incorrect details about timetables etc.
- lack of information about departures and arrivals by the customer
If Transfer-Excursion is unable to provide the service, not for reasons of force majeure but for other reasons, will cover at its own expense the service in other ways by organizing the transfer by means such as taxis, cars of other partners or alternatively to refund the customer later. The refund for lack of service may not exceed the price already paid or agreed for the service itself.
The customer is obliged to communicate to the above addresses, as soon as possible, any inefficiency directly attributable to our work. It be our care to active our selves to quickly resolve any inconvenience and problems in full customer satisfaction.
These conditions of carriage and all related services comply with the laws governing the sale of services in Italy. Any dispute or controversy regarding the activities carried out between Transfer-Excursion and the customer, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Catania.
Transfer-Excursion reserves the right to change at any time all or part of this without necessarily giving notice to customers, members, tour operators or agencies.
